Accounts Receivable - Does it Need to Be on an Income Statement?
#1
I'm attempting to understand how accounts receivable is treated in an income statement. It seems counterintuitive, doesn't it? Is it exactly a cost or just a performance measure? I've heard conflicting opinions on its inclusion.
